Job description
Based on the production planning and the prescribed recipes and procedures:
- prepare and finish products
- weighing raw materials
- preparing, mixing and kneading the dough according to the recipe fiches (the dough screwdriver)
- in and out
- adjustment of appliances such as weighing scale, proofer, oven
- decorate
- cleaning
- registration on documents and forms
Profile
Preferably you have a training (banquet) bakery and / or experience as a baker / patissier in a production environment.
You can work independently or as a team.
Job-related competences
- Registering data for production monitoring Pass on the information to the data subjects
- Check the supply of machines or installations and the flow of raw materials or products
- check food products
- Monitor the functioning of the machines and equipment and carry out simple interventions if necessary
- Provide technical assistance to operators Prepare reports on production and incidents
- Check and maintain the condition and cleanliness of the appliances (scale, crusher, cooker, ovens, …) and the workstation
- Take samples of substances or products, give a reference and register for analysis
- Select the production data and set the parameters (quantity, dosage, mix, …)
